Booth Allocation & Space Details

Booth Types:

  • Standard Booth: 9sqm (3m x 3m) with fascia, carpet, table, chairs, spotlight, socket
  • Premium Booth: Corner or high-visibility booth with upgraded branding panels
  • Raw Space: Minimum 18sqm for custom design

Allocation Procedure:

  • First-paid, first-confirmed basis
  • Booth Confirmation Notice provided after payment
  • Custom-build designs submitted 30 days before event
Exhibitor Registration & Badges
  • All staff must register online before deadline
  • Each 9sqm booth receives 3 exhibitor badges
  • Badges must be worn at all times
  • Additional badges available on request (fee may apply)
Build-Up & Dismantling

Build-Up: 26–27 April 2026, 9:00–18:00

Exhibition Days: 28–30 April 2026, 10:00–17:00

Dismantling: 30 April 2026 from 17:30 (All materials removed by 1 May)

Logistics & Operations

Shipment & Handling:

  • Local deliveries use designated gates
  • International shipments must follow customs procedures
  • Use recommended clearing agents for smooth import
  • Contact Organizer for approved agents, shipping labels, and timelines

Electrical & Technical:

  • Standard booth includes 13A socket
  • High-power equipment must be declared
  • Additional power, lighting, water, compressed air available on request

Internet & Storage:

  • Complimentary wireless internet; dedicated lines at extra cost
  • On-site storage limited; pre-book cold storage if needed
Health, Safety & Security
  • Exhibits must comply with safety standards
  • Hazardous materials must be declared
  • Fire exits unobstructed
  • Uniformed security on site
  • Exhibitors responsible for valuables
