• Upon deposit payment, your booth becomes officially confirmed.

A: Allocation is based on:

• Order of reservation (first-come, first-served)

• Previous participation and sponsorship status

Q: When is payment due?

• 50% deposit upon confirmation of space reservation
• 50% balance due by 1st March 2026 or as indicated on your invoice

• Before 31 December 2026: 50% of deposit refundable include bank charges
• After 31 December 2026: Deposit becomes non-refundable
• After 1 March 2027: Full payment required / non-refundable

A: Your reserved booth may be released, and the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate it to another exhibitor.
