We provide reservation service only for Golden Tulip Hotel and Mahogany Hotel until now. When you arrive at any of these Hotels, please provide your identity document and reservation information recieved, you can easily check-in. You may not enjoy the special price or the organizing committee could not guarantee to book a hotel room for you in a later time, so please fill in the reservation form as quickly as possible as, not later than the deadline (15^th APRIL 2024).

At last, we kindly remind you that the accommodation and transportation fee is not included in the stall charges.
