A: Allocation is based on:

  • Order of reservation (first-come, first-served)

  • Product category (to balance sector representation)
  • Previous participation and sponsorship status

  • 50% deposit upon confirmation of space reservation
  • 50% balance due by 1st March 2026 or as indicated on your invoice

A: Bank transfer, company cheque (local exhibitors), or international wire transfer (foreign exhibitors). Payment details are included in your invoice.

  • Before 31 December 2025: 50% of deposit refundable include bank charges
  • After 31 December 2025: Deposit becomes non-refundable
  • After 1 March 2026: Full payment required / non-refundable

A: Your reserved booth may be released, and the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate it to another exhibitor.
